E-Voucher & Ticket Validation
Your e-voucher confirms your reservation only and is not your official boarding ticket yet. Before boarding, proceed to the Online Validation Window for ticket validation.
STRICTLY NO BOARDING WITHOUT TICKET VALIDATION
Arrival & Forfeiture Policy
Passengers must arrive at least 45 minutes before departure, or 1 hour early if carrying large or multiple pieces of baggage.
Strict Company Policy: Late arrival that results in failure to board the scheduled trip will be considered a forfeited reservation. The ticket will be non-refundable and non-rebookable.
Reservation Validity
Your reservation is valid only for the date, schedule, and trip indicated on your e-voucher. Failure to board the scheduled trip will result in forfeiture of the reservation.
Discount Validation
Passengers availing of a discount must present their valid ID and required supporting documents for verification at the Online Validation Window.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Tickets that have been rebooked are no longer eligible for a refund.
Rebooking Policy
Rebooking is allowed once, provided the request is made at least 1 day before departure. The new trip must be scheduled within 2 days from the original trip date.
