The e-voucher serves as your reservation confirmation only and is not an official boarding ticket. Please proceed to the cashier or terminal staff for validation before boarding.
Important Reminders:
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before departure, or 1 hour if you have multiple or large baggage.
Valid only for the indicated schedule, date, and trip.
Failure to arrive on time may result in forfeiture of your reservation.
No boarding or refund will be allowed for a lost reservation slip/e-voucher.
The reservation is forfeited if the passenger fails to board the scheduled trip.
Refund & Rebooking Policy:
Refund requests must be made before the scheduled trip departure. Refunds are subject to applicable deductions if processed after the trip date.
Rebooking is allowed only once and must be done at least one (1) day before departure.
Re-scheduling beyond two (2) days after the original trip date is not allowed.
