Refund Policy

GV Florida Transport, Inc.

At GV Florida Transport Inc., we are committed to providing fair, transparent, and consistent refund rules for all passengers. By purchasing a ticket or making a reservation, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.


General Rule

All refund requests are subject to review and approval and must comply with the conditions stated in this policy. Refunds are only applicable for eligible cases within the allowed timeframe.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted at least 24 hours (1 day) before the scheduled departure

  • The ticket has not been used or boarded

  • The booking is valid and can be verified in the system


Refund Charges

Approved refund requests are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

The remaining 50% of the ticket amount will be refunded to the passenger through the original payment method or another approved refund channel, depending on availability.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be granted under the following conditions:

  • No-show or failure to board the scheduled trip

  • Requests submitted after the scheduled departure time

  • Lost tickets or reservation slips

  • Already used, rebooked, or transferred tickets

  • Promotional, discounted, or special fare tickets (unless explicitly stated otherwise)


Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted through official or authorized channels

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment method or financial provider

  • Refunds will only be processed after full verification and approval

  • Additional information or confirmation may be requested from the passenger if necessary


Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

If the original payment method is not applicable or unavailable, an alternative refund method may be used at the discretion of GV Florida Transport Inc.


Company Rights

GV Florida Transport Inc. reserves the right to:

  • Approve or deny refund requests based on policy compliance

  • Verify all ticket and passenger details before processing any refund

  • Modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice
