This Reservation Voucher Policy governs the issuance, validity, use, and redemption of reservation vouchers for bus tickets booked through the GV Florida Transport Inc. website and official booking channels.
By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
A Reservation Voucher is a document or code issued to a customer as proof of a reserved seat. It can be used for later ticket confirmation and payment. Vouchers may be issued for:
Reserved seats paid or to be paid later
Promotional bookings
Travel agency reservations
Each voucher is valid only for the specific trip, date, and time indicated at the time of reservation.
Vouchers are valid for a limited period only, typically [insert time] from issuance unless otherwise stated.
To confirm a reservation:
The customer must settle the payment before the voucher's expiry date/time.
Upon successful payment, a valid ticket will be issued.
If payment is not made within the voucher's validity, the seat will be released, and the voucher will be voided.
Vouchers are non-transferable and are valid only for the passenger whose name appears on the reservation.
Any changes to the passenger details must be made prior to voucher conversion.
GV Florida Transport Inc. reserves the right to:
Reject vouchers suspected of being tampered with, duplicated, or fraudulently issued.
Cancel vouchers used in violation of company policy or booking procedures.
